I’m trying to add a user account to a PC with Win10 Home edition, preferably a local account which isn’t tied to a Microsoft account. At the moment, the PC has an administrator account, which I’m logged into, and an account linked to my Hotmail account. This thread is locked. Threats include any threat of suicide, violence, or harm to another. Any content of an adult theme or inappropriate to a community web site. Any image, link, or discussion of nudity. Any behavior that is insulting, rude, vulgar, desecrating, or showing disrespect.
Any behavior that appears to violate End user license agreements, including providing product keys or links to pirated software. Unsolicited bulk mail or bulk advertising. Any link to or advocacy of virus, spyware, malware, or phishing sites.
Any other inappropriate content or behavior as def ined by the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct. Any image, link, or discussion related to child pornography, child nudity, or other child abuse or exploitation.
User Replied on October 27, Hi. I believe what it is referring to is Local Users and Groups which allows an administrator to add users in an environment with multiple machines. It is in the list of system tools under computer management in the Administrative Tools in control panel. This facility is not available in the home edition of windows 10 so you won’t see it in the system tools list, that’s why you got the pop up.
