I tried looking into it but all the tutorials said go to “Control Pannel” then click “Display” but i can’t seem to find display and i would really want my notifications to be normal size again.

This is due to the scaling of your notification. To change this, you may follow the steps below: 1. Click Start, and type Display 2. Under Scale and Layout, change it as recommended or you may change this depending on how big or small you like.
